BRUCE CAMPBELL

Bruce Campbell Art
drawn by Bruce Campbell

Bruce Campbell, born 22nd June 1958, is one of my favourite actors due to being in one of the greatest cult movie series of all time; Evil Dead. Evil Dead, directed by Sam Raimi, went on to make 2 sequels: Evil Dead I (1981), Evil Dead II (1987) and Army of Darkness (1992) all of which became cult movies and there has reciently been an Evil Dead remake (2013). After fans spent years begging for more, a tv show was created Ash vs Evil Dead (2015) which consists of 10 episodes and hopefully there will be a second season.

NORMAN REEDUS

Norman Reedus, born 6th January 1969, is famous for playing Daryl Dixon in the hit tv show The Walking Dead which is based on the popular comics of the same name. Some of you may know that Daryl Dixon was not in the comics and because of Norman Reedus's creative genius now takes one of the leading parts in the tv series, he even won best supporting actor on television (2010) for The Walking Dead. Norman hit social media by storm, with his photography skills showing off his selfie skills and talented use of the camera on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (@wwwbigbaldhead).

ALIEN (1979)

In 1979 Ridley Scott directed ALIEN which is one of the most influential sci-fi horror movies to date, the movie had such an epic cast which made the movie an instant cult classic and a movie that I often go back to. The main star was Sigourney Weaver who played the role of Ripley, and with the rest of the crew; Dallas, Lambert, Brett, Kane, Ash and Parker who are on a space vessel the Nostromo which receive a distress signal from a planet LV-426, which they investigated to the crew's horror. Alien still gives me chills which is why I had to pay homage to such a classic movie.

THE CROW (1994)

As this is my first ever blog post, I thought I would start with one of my favourite sketches and one of my favourite cult movies; The Crow starring Brandon Lee as Eric Draven. The movie oozed cult classic from the soundtrack, advertising, actors/actresses and the death of Brandon Lee, which still saddens me to this day. As this is in-progress, you can see my process and the final result will be at the end of the post.
