Bruce Campbell, born 22nd June 1958, is one of my favourite actors due to being in one of the greatest cult movie series of all time; Evil Dead. Evil Dead, directed by Sam Raimi, went on to make 2 sequels: Evil Dead I (1981), Evil Dead II (1987) and Army of Darkness (1992) all of which became cult movies and there has reciently been an Evil Dead remake (2013). After fans spent years begging for more, a tv show was created Ash vs Evil Dead (2015) which consists of 10 episodes and hopefully there will be a second season.

The first Evil Dead was banned at the time but was later released, and due to demand, Evil Dead II was made. Evil Dead II had the perfect amount of dark humour, shock, gore and horror which makes it still stand in 2016 which is crazy when you think that it was made back in 1987. The third installment, Army of Darkness, was more of a comedy than a horror but still a cult classic.

Bruce has been in so many movies, tv series, voice acted for a few games and it's not hard to see why he is so popular. He is on twitter as @GroovyBruce and is very honest and open with all his fans
